Go gatherer for the more consistent gil gains. Mining is a good starting point with this. Different ore's can be gathered as you progress. Higher your gathering/perception rating, better it will be. You may want to level blacksmith though, just for making ingots etc, but that's optional. Easy enough to do, but needs a bit more patience. Moving on.

Grade 13 Skybuilders items, outside of artisanal items, are no longer obtainable. Grade 2 3 Artisanal items are the only ones left due to being tied to achievements. The only stuff otherwise available is the Grade 4 stuff, which is all in Diadem. Make sure you're looking at the correct tab in your crafting log. You need to be on Restoration (4).
